OTA student

I?m an OTA student that will be completing my fieldwork in Daly City. I only need a space for less than 3 mo. starting March -May. I travel with a guinea pig. I like to cook when I have time, so I will like to use the kitchen. I?m quiet, respectful, and sociable. Or, I can keep to myself, too. On my days off I wouldn?t mind a tour guide if you have time to show me the city. If not, that okay, too.
I?m looking for a private furnished room and private bath, if possible. But, I can be flexible to a point. Washer/dryer and kitchen privileges. It would be ideal if utilities were included in monthly rent as I won?t be there long. I prefer living with non smokers/ drug users. I?m okay with pets and children.
