25/Trans Male Seeking LGBT+ friendly Housing

Hello!

I?m looking for at the very least a private room to stay preferably within Camden County or in Burlington County. I currently work at Yankee Candle and A. C. Moore but am in the process of looking for a third job for when the A. C. Moore I work at closes. I have no pets but love them, same goes for kids. I rarely drink, don't smoke, and am quiet, clean, and generally keep to myself.

I wouldn?t call myself a bonafide clean freak but I am definitely more clean than not. My budget is $500 max, pre-furnished to some extent (at least a place to sleep) is preferred, laundry on site and shared refrigerator are significantly preferred. I am willing to negotiate on some things but respecting my pronouns and identity are a must as I am bisexual and a transgender man (He/Him pronouns).

My friends describe me as sweet and goofy. I like to read and am getting back into old hobbies such as writing and drawing and would love to live with someone who does those things or is artsy or nerdy in some way, or even if you?re LGBT+ too.
