Room wanted in Soho, Nolita or Greenwich Village

Hi,
I?m an easy going female professional looking for a place to move in from June 1st in the area Soho, Nolita or Greenwich Village (within the borders of 8th St North, Broome St South, 6th Ave West, Bowery East) with the below preferences:

- Ground/1st floor walk up (or elavator available if higher)
- laundry in building
- living room
- happy to share with one other clean professional or a 1 bedroom within budget
- room large enough to fit a desk (42 x 30"), queen bed, bedside table, dresser
- furnished with a bed, couch, dining table
- lease takeover with an option to extend (looking to stay at least 6-12 months)
