Working Couple Swindled, Need Place NOW!

Hi! As the headline says, we're just a simple working couple who were conned out of our rent money by a very unscrupulous master tenant.

We are always on time with our rent payments, and always in full, never short. Well, while we were busy working, paying our bills and enjoying life, our master tenant was busy using our rent money as his own personal bank account, and proceeded to embark on an epic crack cocaine binge. Apparently, judging by the sheriffs who are here, we were served a 3 day notice 4 days ago. And now we're forced to move TODAY.

We obviously don't have anywhere to go, so it's off to a hotel for the night. But this hotel is $165 a night, which is pretty standard for the city. And that's an untenable situation for the long term. We need to find a place now.

I'm the Area Operations Manager for UPS Corporate. Stephanie is a recruiter at DoorDash. We both make decent money, and live fairly normal lives. Stephanie doesn't drink, but I will have some shots when the occasion arises.

We never party at home, and we don't bring drama or negative vibes to the space we inhabit. Not bragging, but I think we're pretty awesome. Definitely good people, by my standard at least, and we're responsible when it comes to paying bills.

We'd like to have some fairly normal roommates. Normality isn't a requirement, though. We live in SF, so we clearly don't have any issues with abnormal. Plainly put, be as weird as you like, but don't secretly monitor us with your spy cams and please, please pay the friggin rent.

We also have a beautiful 10 month old Shorkie, (Yorkie/Shih-tzu) named Tiptoe. She's a doll and you'll fall for her. She's potty trained and is much too prissy to pee in the house.

So if you have an immediate opening, preferably with our own restroom, we'd love to talk about it.
