Couple looking to Rent a Room

We are both in our late 40s, respectful and love to do missionary work. We are church goers and study the Bible constantly. We are seeking to rent a room for about a year as my husband awaits a kidney transplant. My husband is on dialysis, but you wouldn't know that because he's a very active and positive man. I'm a professional Property Manager, A Minister of the Word and Massage Therapist in the works and love to clean and cook. We both love to help others in need, so we're out most of the times. Our income is not extreme but we manage well. We are also waiting to hear from Social Services regarding an apartment for persons with disabilities, but that could easily take some time.
