Room needed urgently

My name is Shanika, I’m 24 years old and I work as a bus paraprofessional and a Direct support professional for individuals with special needs. I am a full time student at Lehman College, I’m an English major and psychology minor. I currently live in the Bronx with my mother and brother in a one bedroom apartment. So you can understand why I’m looking to move lol. I was renting in Brooklyn but I fell ill in 2018 with Guillian Barre Syndrome. I was paralyzed from the neck down and did my recovery in the Bronx. My life is pretty much back to normal and I’m self-sufficient. I need my own room and peace of mind. I’m looking for a sanctuary, somewhere I can relax and feel at home. I love to cook my own food, so I’d love to be somewhere where I can exercise that with no issue. I don’t eat meat and have no issues living with those that do. I just want to be comfortable, I’m friendly and I am also seeking to live with individuals who are clean and respectful. If the other tenants are the same way then please count me in!
