Early 20s Female Roomie Looking for a Pal!

A bit about me: I am a 22 year old underwriter working in midtown. Looking for a relaxed roommate situation where we can just live comfortably together and respectfully address anything that comes up.

Looking for a room preferably in the East Village or surrounding areas, really anything below 14th street. I definitely need a clean apartment (free of any unwanted critters in all of their shapes and sizes as my asthma is aggravated by these things!) and don?t have a preference as to a male or female roommate.

I love fashion and thrift shopping, museums and going out here and there on weekends, and I?m totally down to make a pal in my roommate(s)! I have a 9-5 technically but work at an insurtech start up so work longer hours, and I?m out of the house between 8-7 on the days I don?t have any plans after work.
