Professional Female Seeking Roommate(s)

I?m a laidback 35 year old professional female seeking 1 or more roommates, preferably female or a majority of females.

? I am open to different location and housing type options so long as parking and pets are not a problem.
? I come with a dog- and human-friendly miniature poodle (female, spayed) who would be gated or crated in my room during the workday. I?m happy to have a trial intro with you or your pets before any decisions are made.
? Because I drive and travel off site for work, I need access to either paid parking or reliable street parking.
? My workday is 8:45-4:45, with an extra hour here and there, if needed.
? I?d love a private bathroom, but that?s not a requirement.
? I?ll probably never use the kitchen except to heat up food.
? I clean after myself and am happy to share cleaning duties either on a schedule or just as needed.
? I?m not one to have guests over really, but don?t mind if you do.
