Clean, Honest, Kind.

My name is Justine, I currently reside in Michigan. I have visited Los Angeles a few times and I absolutely loved it. My dream has been to live there but in the locations I would like to live it just seems unrealistic to purchase a home there. So I put thought into renting an apartment but I thought that could get pretty lonely considering I don?t know anyone from LA and it?s just me and my dog Teddy (he is a Morkie) he?s about 5lbs and will be 2 years old January 27th. I am still debating on whether or not to bring him (he may stay with my parents). Furthermore, I was shown this website by a mutual friend and I came to a conclusion that this would be my best option and I will be able
to save a lot more money then if I were to be renting an entire apartment myself. I will be a new grad nurse come December then the plan is to move to Cali!
I am looking for a roommate that is kind, respectful of one another?s needs, responsible and clean. I do not want to worry about my roommate not being able to make any payments towards rent/utilities. I do not want a roommate that has parties and 100 people over every night. I also do not want to have to worry about any of my things being stolen. I want us to be able to have good communication and a clear understanding of one another?s needs.
