Student Looking for a Room for Rent

I am a current college student looking for a room to rent in the Houston area with utilities included that is or is less than $750 per month. I spend most of my time watching Netflix, doing school, or theorizing different ideas in psychology. :) I am a solid ambivert, so both extroverted and introverted. So somedays I might talk your ear off while others I will be a recluse in my room binge watching friends. I am a happy and equal balance of both :P

I also have a cat named Sammy. She is the most chill cat you will ever meet. I have had people who HATE cats meet her LOVE her. Also, I thought I'd add she is declawed, so she will not... well more like can not scratch anything. She is my baby and I would love to be able to bring her with me.
