Friendly, fun and respectful roomie here!

I am looking to share a house or apartment with 1 other chill person, within a 5 mile radius of Rockville Centre. My current roommate suddenly cannot pay rent and I have to be out of the apartment soon. I work in a small pharmacy from 9 to 5 in Valley Stream, so I want to be close to work. I grew up in the area but left for school in Cali in 1990. I?ve only been back to NY for a couple of years and have been trying to save money. I have a degree in clinical psychology and can get along with just about anybody. I have an awesome adult male cat that everybody falls in love with ? even former cat-haters! I am a pretty private person although I?m very open and easy to talk to. I have been in several shared housing situations and I respect my roommate?s boundaries and need for privacy as well. I do like to have a drink now and then. I wouldn?t have a lot of people over just a friend now and then. I used to smoke cigarettes but Vape only now. So I don?t mind a smoker as long as you make the effort to keep the air smelling fresh. ????

This is an exhausting process, so here?s hoping we can meet up and get a cool place to share. Finding a decent affordable studio or a one bedroom is so hard! If you have read this far you just may be the right candidate! Thanks, Regina.
