Looking for a private clean and quiet room

Hi,

I?m a working professional looking for a quiet and clean place starting Sept 29th/Oct 1st.

I live in Newport JC currently and would prefer a room in Newport area but open to Exchange place, Grove street near path station.

I?m looking for quiet and clean room as I am studying while working and spend most weekends at home studying. Also, prefer a place with no party, no smoking.

I enjoying being around people but also like to have my own space when I?m home.

My budget is $1000 to $1100 max. I?m happy to sign a lease if needed but would prefer 6 months and then extend if good fit. Please let me know soon if anything available. Thank you!
