Young couple looking to share an apartment

My boyfriend (Hannan) and I are looking to share a room in an apartment. We are both recent graduates taking a gap before moving on to graduate school.

Hannan works at NYU Langone and I am a student at BMCC. We both speak English and I speak Spanish and he speaks Urdu. We would like to have guests over from time to time. We are both busy in the day so we won't be home that much during the week. We love pets and totally don't mind sharing a space with a pet, although we don't plan on getting our own pet.

Both of us are easy going and calm, but we are always down for a good time. We hope to find an easy going roommate who understands the busy young adult life.
