Room Wanted 1200 Max - Decent Commute to UWS
Hi There, I'm Jamie. I'm a therapist/social worker and a healthcare consultant. I work Sunday - Thursday 10 -7 (may change here and there).
I work on the UWS so ideally, I would live somewhere with a half-way decent commute (which I know is tough to come by on a budget in the city).
I'm a night owl, so if sharing a bathroom, an early bird would be ideal, but I'm flexible. I'm very easy going and have a great sense of humor. I'm happy to hang out as well as do our own thing. I do meal prep when I can and am happy to do a grocery/meal share if you're into that.
I am unfortunately quite allergic to cats. so if you have one, I'm unable to share an apartment with you. I do love dogs so if you have one, they would be a welcome addition!
I am sober, but don't need/expect that you or the house are! However, I would ask that any smoking be kept in your room away from the shared spaces. Please, no cigarette smokers.
