Looking For A Room To Rent

Hello everyone!
We are looking for a room to rent for an European woman who is 50 years old, who is very friendly, quite and clean person. There will be no guests and your place will be kept clean all the time.

Also separately from that we r looking for a host family for a 16 years old high school student ( school located in Southwest ranches). We r looking for a family who would like to become a host family and from whom we can rent out a room till June 2020 (we?ll pay for the room, same as food and transportation to/from the school).

We r looking for the places with no cats or dogs due to allergies.

We are looking for a rooms in Davie, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City areas.
