I'm a single, IT professional guy in my 40s that just moved to the San Francisco, Bay Area. I will be working as a Software Engineer in a great company in Sunnyvale. Therefore, I'm interested in a furnished room with W/D in the apartment/house, and a place where I can make use of the appliances. It would be great to have a bathroom for myself but I'm ok if it's a shared one.
I don't cook very often but once in a while I like to prepare a hearty breakfast or a nice Mexican dinner.?
A very good internet connection is a must and available parking as well.
I work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday, I don't smoke, don't drink (heavily), don't have pets (but love cats), I'm very clean and responsible, and always pay my rent on time.
I am a gay guy very discreet and friendly. I don't party and don't bring random people home.
