I have been renting a room from a sweet elderly Korean woman on the Koreatown/Filipinotown border. At the end of July she told me her family is moving her to a nursing home this month and I have to find new accommodations right away.
I prefer a private room, with kichen pivileges., I would like to stay in the same area of town as it is close to my work and to my church, the two places where I spend most of my time out of the house
