Prof Female seeks to share home in Silverlake

I am a professional female seeking an apartment or house share. I need a room with a large closet, a private bathroom, and a parking space. I am available to move from 1/31/2023 with a budget of around $2000 and would like to share with someone responsible and easygoing, ideally between 28 and 60. I work a lot sometimes weekends too. . I also take classes during the week in the evening, so I am busy. When home, I enjoy healthy cooking, gardening, and catching up on my Netflix. I am responsible and would appreciate the same in a roommate. I would also like a friendly home, no passive-aggressive stuff, ability to work things out through mutual respect. I want a friendly atmosphere. I am respectful of shared spaces. I want a home not just a room.
