Looking For A Room Asap

Me and my partner are looking for something short term , I am currently living in jersey looking to just move back to NY for work etc . This would not be my first time living with roommates , I do however have my own preferences of what I need from you the roommate , I need a place that is clean where everyone helps I know how living in NY can be and everything that's not wanted would be crawling around if not clean . someone who minds there business , keeps to themselves but friendly at the same time . Living with a couple is different then just one person so our privacy is very important to us .
