Full time worker looking for place in Hempstead

I’m looking for a place near Molloy University, Adelphi University, and/or Hofstra University.

Preferably *utilities included*.

Shared or private kitchen space and bathroom is fine by me.

I don’t mind pets (I’d actually prefer it), but I am allergic to cats. Any other animal(s) are okay.

How long will I stay?:

• I am looking to move in as soon as possible and will stay, at the minimum, until December 2022.

• I am willing to extend my stay until May 2023, and I am open to discussion for future extensions.

About Me:

• I am a full time worker in my last year and a half of university. All I need is a space for me to crash in between work and school.

• Although I am a university student, I am not a party goer; nor am I the drinking type.

• I am a non-smoker, and would prefer if you don’t smoke. But if you do, that’s okay. That’s your lifestyle and I won’t ask you to change.

• I don’t hog the bathroom, and I am not a heavy kitchen user. I just need a space to make basic food.

• As I stated previously, I am a full time worker. I work 10 hour night shifts, 4 days a week.

• I am a heavy sleeper and will not bother you when I come home.

• If you just need someone to pay rent on time and occupy the empty room in your home, I am the one for you!

• If you need someone to talk to or just hangout with, I am also a match too.
