Female Roomie for South Park, DTLA!

Hi!

I'm looking for a female roommate to get an awesome 2br together in DTLA, ideally South Park area but I'm flexible.

I'm a very chill and considerate roommate, I don't like messes in mutual areas but am not going to micromanage how you keep your own personal room. I'm looking for a place with separate bathrooms ideally. I'd love to become friends with my roommate and have it feel like a home as well. During the week I'll be working, so ideally not someone looking to turn up during the weekdays, but I'm down for going out and exploring on weekends. I'm a foodie and love to check out new places. I also love to hike and kayak, so outdoors stuff is sweet too.

I have a 8 year old greyhound named Olive who has lived in apartments for the past 4 years, is fully house trained, and sleeps 18-20 hours a day. That's actually characteristic for the breed, in addition to not barking! I have other roommates who can you can talk to about her and myself as well.
