Looking For Room Or Roommate Beginning Of August

Looking for a long term lease somewhere on the East side of Manhattan (east village/kips bay/ or upper east side) but I could be convinced to move slightly outside these areas too. I prefer to move in by beginning of August.

I am a very easy going and laid back individual. Just recently moved here from Los Angeles for work but I am originally from Arizona. I enjoy going out and hanging out with friends but I equally enjoy a chill night in.

typically very clean and any "mess" I have will be kept to my room. Although I like for things to be clean, I am not going to freak out about dirty dishes overnight.

I typically work 9-6 but it's not uncommon for me to work later and earlier when we have deadlines. During the week I keep it chill (occasional happy hour though) and on weekends I love going out for drinks/food/friends.

I enjoy cooking/finding new places to eat, cycling, going out with friends, exploring the city, and of course Architecture. I also really enjoy concerts and music in general.

I am looking for a roommate (could be either male or female) who is easy to get along with and is respectful of each other's space. We don't have to be best friends but it would be cool if some sort of friendship came out of it. I can just as easily keep to myself! Hope to meet you!
