Seeking Accommodation In The South Bay Area

To keep it simple: my family is moving 70 miles upstate. I am not interested in moving so far and also it would conflict with my work. I?m being promoted to a manager, I just need to wait for a position to open at another store. A private bedroom would be optimal, but with needing a place so soon almost anything will have to do. I don?t smoke, rarely drink, and am not into drugs (420 included). I like to listen to music as much as Possible but I?m more than willing to put earbuds in and not bother anyone. I work a set amount if hours weekly so I?m often out of the house, but I am an introverted person that likes to recharge their batteries and rest. Reading and watching shows and movies are my hobbies, video gaming too.
