Recent Grads Looking For A Room

My partner and I are looking for a bedroom to move into (open to sign a lease for a year) for August 1st. Our budget for the room is 1300 max (with utilities included in the budget). We would ideally like to be in Brooklyn (preferably downtown Brooklyn area), but are also open to downtown Manhattan.

We both just graduated, have full time jobs, and are rarely home. We are super clean and most importantly very respectful!
