Looking for a room in South Austin

I?ll be starting a position with Americorps in August in Austin and am looking for a place to stay while I serve my 11 month term. I will also be attending school part time at Austin Community College majoring in elementary education. I?m looking for something in South Austin and would like to stay under $600/ month with utilities included if possible. I?m a pretty quiet person I don?t care to party too much. I?m really easy going and laid back. I try to be considerate of others at all time. I respect personal space and personal items. I am moving all the way from Michigan and I don?t know anyone in Austin so I?m hoping to meet some cool people and make friends. I don?t smoke and drink about once or twice a month in appropriate setting but I don?t mind anyone that does. I don?t have a problem with cleaning shared spaces and I?m a pretty decent cook. I also like kids and all animals. I?m really chill, I mind my business and I pay my bills on time. Like the perfect roommate honestly
