Looking for:
-Single room in East Williamsburg or Bushwick or Williamsburg proper
-Large enough to accommodate a queen bed, desk, dresser, and drying rack
-Budget: $900-$1100 a month
-Timeline: Move in June or July (long term sublet/lease)
-Preferably in-unit washer/dryer (not a deal breaker)

About me:
-Single 30 year old guy
-Work in Finance
-Prefer sleep over going out at night
-Don't throw house parties at night. Not looking for
roommates who do.
-Perfectly fine with overnight guests and romantic partners. I will be dating well.
-Open minded and nonjudgmental.
-Short term I?m studying for exams for work. Expect to be completed by September.

As a roommate:
-I won?t miss rent. I'm fortunate to have a safety net, and will provide ample head-ups if worst comes to worst.
-Am a chill, quiet, and respectful guy.
-Communicate well.
-Reliable.
-Chip in on chores and apartment supplies.
-Clean up after myself.
-Am cat friendly, grew up with them my entire life, and don't own one now.

Lifestyle:
-Drink socially but am not a big drinker.
-Into health and wellness these days with diet and exercise.
-Into meal prepping.

Hobbies/Interests:
-Travel (Taking a solo trip to Peru for 3 weeks later this year and topping the trip off with an Inca Trail hike).
-Working out.
-Staying active with hiking, biking, yoga, and social sports (volleyball, jiu jujitsu, etc).
-Spiritual growth, trying new things, grow and expanding as a person.
