Looking for an apt in Manhattan starting July!

Hi everyone!

I?m a young, responsible professional who?s looking to move out of queens and into Manhattan in order to have a shorter commute to my new job in midtown. Ideally, I?m looking for something in the UES/Lenox Hill/East Harlem area since I used to work in that neighborhood and know it well, but Midtown or LES would work as well.

I?m laid back, respectful, quiet, and, neat and would make a great roommate. I?m actually also still very close friends with all of my roommates in college so I think that?s a good sign? :-) plus, I?ve been known to be quite a foodie so if you ever need restaurant recommendations, that?s a service I?d be happy to provide!

I?m ideally looking to move in early July and would ideally prefer elevator, doorman, and AC but those aren?t dealbreakers as long as the room, building, an roommate are nice.
