Clean, quiet and respectful professional woman

Hi there! My name is Audrey and I recently graduated from college in NY with a full time job in the city as an auditor starting in October.

I'm looking for an affordable room (less than $1,500 a month) in a shared apartment with roommates that are clean and respectful who are also working full time in the city. I plan to make this room my first full time apartment in NYC.

I would prefer younger roommates who do not bring friends over and keep their living space and shared space VERY clean. I'm quiet and used to sharing a space (I dormed in college for four years), so I know that being a roommate takes clear and honest communication, boundaries, and respect. Roommates who understand this are very important.

The hours of an auditor are very busy from January to April, so you will not see me around much during those months. I am also studying for the CPA exams, so I will be out of the apartment most mornings and evenings after work until I pass the exams (likely after next summer).
