Young woman seeking room for rent in the city!

Hi! I am a 22 year old working student hoping to move to the city this spring. My budget for now is $900 a month but I am willing to negotiate. I am originally from NJ, and have always wanted to live across the river. I have an amazing job opportunity and now only need a place to live. I am an understanding and communicative roommate, who loves to clean and cook. i am African American and love to learn about and experience different cultures. I am also a lover of theatre and the arts, and hope to work in that field someday. I have no immediate preference on who to live with so I am open to anything.
