Professional designer seeks safe, clean & quiet

I'm working on a fashion project and need a safe, clean, quiet furnished space for a few months, may stay longer if it works out. I have 1 very friendly short haired indoor cat who everyone loves. She likes other cats if they're welcoming but hasn't been around dogs and got attacked by a vicious cat (as did I) at our last temp place, so please know your pets before making an offer.

I am 100% clean, sober and celibate. That means telling me you don't do drugs while I can hear you chopping up lines, smell you smoking up 20 x a day and having to turn off the TV you passed out in front of every night at full blast won't work. (ever wonder why those types don't find each other to live with? Seriously, why is forcing your dysfunctions on innocent people part of the game? It's like if they can drive you insane it somehow justifies their own?) I purposely travel light these days so I can get away from these peeps as quickly as possible. I'm looking for a clean, quiet, professional atmosphere where I can do my work, cook, bathe and sleep in peace. I like music, art, fashion, healthy food. I don't care or want to hear about your political views, religion or hatred of, or opinion of any race, gender, sexuality, etc. I'm here to WORK.
