Seeking Room with good people or Entire Place

I'm looking for a nice, stable spot to rent. Any type of home is ok with me as long as we are a good match and no drama! I tend to be a little reserved at times and enjoy my privacy but can get along with almost anyone. I do prefer to be South so if you're in Pflugerville or north Austin I'm probably not going to reply quickly. Sorry! Am very clean and particular about my space. I've been called OCD at times regarding the cleanliness of my space. I am respectful and quiet. sometimes you might not even know I'm there. Looking immediately. Males or females, I don't have a preference as long as we both respect one another. Help! I'm so exhausted trying to find a spot that is in the areas I prefer and has something within my budget.
