Looking For Roommate And Rental

I'm in my early 30's with stable income, no broken leases, rent always paid on time, background is great... and I'm looking for a roommate that has the same responsibleness to look for a home to rent together!

I'm back this month to see if there is any new contenders. Right now I am month to month. It's a great apartment complex, but the rent is going up waaaaay too much to afford on my own. And renting a house is easy and smarter then paying so much in an apartment or buying.
Sorry if this is long, but it seems people out there don't understand.
So I gotta break it down:

I've looked and been looking recently and you can rent a house for LESS then the total amount you pay at an apartment complex which had more privacy and space.

*I'm looking to rent a decent house (OR depending if a condo/apartment is good enough...) for about $1,200 TOTAL that would be about my Max. Meaning hypothetically, we would split 1200 and only be responsible to pay $600 each on rent. AND if thats my Max then it's even better because I've found houses less that ARE STILL GREAT! Also, new listings pop up everyday! I've found places that are actually $700 TOTAL = $350 EACH with three bedrooms!

I have two cats! They are well maintained, in and outside support animals who love the outdoors. I would want to live in a place with trees, backyard or a porch? ALSO, *very important* which happens to be the most pain in the butt. Is finding a place in a *good neighborhood and not off a busy street*. Same would apply with a complex - so must be first floor.
What a delima. So it seemed to be... but honestly this isn't that hard.

Renting a house would be ideal, but we can look at apartments too. Since I'm the one who needs "extra space" we can work something out like you can take the master bedroom and I'll take two small rooms or a room/garage/study/storage-like area or whatever...
