Time to share

My name is Will and I am interested in a place/room for share.
I am in my early sixties, slightly arthritic, asthmatic and receive an social security monthly income. I would like to be in a community that is walker/pedestrian friendly. One that has the access to frequent public transportation.
Does yours?
I don't smoke (anything - asthma remember), drink or do recreational drugs [and don't much like drugs that I have to take]. I'm not a religious zealot, I just want to be around for a while.
I am a slow walker these days and that is on flat land. I don't like hills much.
Perhaps you have a place for me. Please let me know what do you think.
