I just moved here for my job (paralegal) and need a more permanent situation (at least 3 months) - looking for a clean, kind roommate who respects shared spaces. Plus if you like to go out and explore or party on the weekends. I don't bring the party home though. I want a quiet space I can relax after work on weekdays and don't mind guests or even hosting a get together on the weekend. I'm allergic to cats and don't prefer dogs (even though their cute), but I'm a little flexible with a dog just depends what kind/if they shed a lot.
