British re-locator seeks good people

Hi,
About me: I'm a 32-year-old guy relocating from Brighton in the UK, with my work. I?m a recruiter/headhunter. Rest assured though, I?m not your stereotypical Boiler Room recruiter cretin.

For fun I like to keep fit, so cycle, box and do general gymmery a few times a week. Other people consider me easy-going. I?m pretty sociable too, so if you see me turning down an invitation for a beer/wine/bourbon/etc. I?m either super sick (which is seldom the case) or I probably didn?t hear you properly. I bloody love MMA, specifically UFC. I equally love music, of varying genres, provided there?s an actual instrument involved.

Whilst recharging, you?d find me in slacks trying to complete Netflix, catching up on podcasts or nerding out to a good video game.

I?m super respectful of both people?s space as well as stuff. I?m clean, not to a cleaning-Nazi level where it?s either a lickable worktop all the time or death, but I clean up after myself almost always right after cooking, for example.

I cook a legit spag bowl, my favourite drink is bourbon and I once fell out of a 40ft window and lived to tell the tale.

My brief is essentially: a room (obviously?) with a private bathroom, and easily commutable to Downtown (near the Garden). Since I?m new to the area it?d be bloody great to have several roommates, but I?m not going to bin off a decent place with just one person I get along well with. I can be pretty flexible on budget too.
