Hello I am inquiring about the room you have for rent. I am currently in urgent need of a room and can move in immediately. I work at a pizzeria: Vinnie's Pizza III, 341 Danforth Ave, Jersey City, N. J. I work from 10am to 10pm 7 days a week and get payed $13 an hour weekly every Sunday night. I will be moving in alone if you are ok with it. Right now I am staying in a motel because I have not been able to find a place in my budget but this room would be perfect for me. I will only be using it to sleep in since I work everyday for 12 hours. I am very clean person, some people say I have an OCD when it comes to cleanliness. I am also very quiet and don't really socialize with a lot of people so you will not have to worry about me inviting friends over or anything of that sort. I am a very professional person all I do is work. I would highly appreciate it if you can accommodate me for this vacation room since I am in dire need of a place to stay please and thank you.
