Spiritual and Outdoorsy Ranger Shaman

I am manifesting an LGBTQ affirming/friendly long term room for rent. My budget is 1000-1400 including utilities (but negotiable for a really good situation). I am a responsible, considerate, and personable single gay/queer man who has been in New York for 18 months, as I moved here to work at one of the National Park Sites here in the city as a Ranger. I love to tell stories of my world travels and the 8 national parks I?ve already worked in.

I have housing references, pay stubs, excellent credit, as well funds for first last and deposit.

I have been in my Ranger Service profession for 18 years and have lived in places like Mount Rainier and Denali. I am a non-smoker, don't use drugs, rarely drink, don't have pets. and eat healthy (usually organic) omnivorous foods (I enjoy cooking and sharing meals with housemates and guests). I spend my Monday and Tuesdays off from work out in the forest or other hiking trails. I

I am seeking a long term (6-12 months) place to call home with a shared household that is okay with my spiritual practice in the private space of my new room, of using crystals, sage, cedar incense and other sacred indigenous practices next to my altar. My preferences are a quiet space that faces away from street noise, and a cigarette smoke-free environment. I work with a scared indigenous/shamanic practice that I would like to be able to do in my next private room space. I like cooking at home and need a kitchen space where I have some storage and refrigerator space available for food and a couple of my favorite pots and pans. I would like a household that is quiet after 11 pm as I work weekends. I would also like the ability to have over the occasional guest/date so I feel like I can be at home and be welcoming to others.
