Looking for a roommate to get a 2br in HK Jan 1st

I am looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom apartment with in Hell's Kitchen and Midtown West area starting January 1st. I do not have a place currently but there are many places currently on the market and looking to spend around $1900 per month per person, so about $3800 for the apartment.

About me: 29 year old gay male that works at a pharmaceutical company managing clinical trials. I am home-based but do travel about 1 night per week. I am clean, respectable and would like the same in a roommate. I do have a 1 year old french bulldog and she is amazing, so you would have to be good with dogs; it would be even better if you had one also.

Ideal Roommate: Looking for a professional male of female that also works 9-5 and is clean and respectable. No parties, smoking or extended guests.
