Looking for a room
Hi, I am looking for a room in the Boston area. I am 49, indiependent, but can be social, a church goier.
I am currently collecting SSDI that will pay the rent. For this reason, I am looking for a place that doesn't require last months rent or a security deposit. I am also looking for someone who wouldn't mind for me paying on the 3rd of the month every month either.
I am also presently looking for a job as well full or part time to help with my overall income. If the rent is only $500 then I can pay first and last. If it's more than only 1st month can do, but the monthly rent can be negotiable. I am a really nice guy and do not smoke, drink, or do drugs!
