Looking for a separate room with Private Entrance

I am a 68 year old female in great health, I am a herbalist, I work from home would prefer my own private entrance, a place to fix meals I mostly use crockpot and eat mostly healthy. I prefer privacy as I work a lot on my computer doing blogs and other projects I am creating, I also get a monthly check from the government, I am looking for a place that I can stay for a while. I don't smoke, curse, or gossip. I mind my own business, drink perhaps wine with food. I like to go to the zoo, museums things like that, I am a private person. Would like to be near stores and bus stops. women only preferred no men.. not looking to hook up, just looking for a place to live.
