Seeking Room Preferably Furnished

SEEKING A PRIVATE FURNISHED/UGIRNISHED ROOM WITH ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (heat, water, wifi, AC/heat, cable)!!! I am currently living in Texas and I am looking to move to Charlotte, NC or stay within the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex for professional and personal reasons. My lease ends 4/22/2025, and I would need to submit a move out notice 60 days prior, no later than February 20/21. Ideal move-in dates between 4/18/25 to 4/20/25.

Seeking to live in a preferably female unit. Single, child-free and/or empty nester. I am clean, quiet, friendly, and I looking to room with like-minded people. I am also seeking a clean/clutter-free, kind, friendly, respectful, and stable roomate/living space. I am about that drama free life! I am a firm believer in "don't start nothing it won't be nothing". I want to be in a mutually respectful living space. I do not want to deal with live-in boyfriends or girlfriends. I rarely have visitors and I hope you are the same way. Seldom visits makes better friendships is ny motto.

Again, I prefer a room of my own that is furnished (bed, nightstands, desk, etc), or large enough where I can add these pieces. NO BEDBUGS/PESTS. I prefer to have my own bath, however, if necessary I don't mind sharing it with no more than 1 other CLEAN person. A large room with a walk-in/large closet is desired. I love animals so I don't mind if you have pets. When I say pets I am talking about dog, cat, hamster, gerbil, bunny, or bird. No spiders, snakes, scorpions, or any other exotic foolery.

A washer and dryer in the house/apartment would be fantastic. Please have AC, heat, hot/cold water, cable, and Wifi. Also, I will be bringing a car, so having unproblematic parking is a must! Being near public transportation (i. e. light rail) is nice but not a necessity. I like neighborhoods woth all the bells and whistles likes shopping centers, boutiques, entertainment/ night life, restaurants, etc.
