Seeking Room Preferably Furnished

SEEKING A PRIVATE FURNISHED ROOM WITH ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (water, wifi, AC/heat, cable)!!! I am currently living in Texas and I am looking to move to NYC for career opportunities. Seeking to live in a preferably female unit. I am clean, quiet, friendly, and I looking to room with like-minded people. I do not get on well with passive aggressiveness, mean, rude, cold, emotional and mentally unstable people. None of us are perfect, but I am about that drama free life! I am a firm believer of "don't start nothing it won't be nothing". I want to be in a mutually respectful living space. I do not want to deal with live-in boyfriends or girlfriends. I rarely have visitors and I hope you are the same way. I don't mind occasional friends and family, just as long as it is kept to a minimum. Again, I prefer a room of my own that is furnished (bed, clean well kept mattress, nightstands, desk, etc). I prefer to have my own bath, however, if necessary I don't mind sharing it with no more than 1 other person. A large room with a walk-in/large closet is desired. I love animals so I don't mind if you have 1 or 2 pets. When I say pets I am talking about dog, cat, hamster, gerbil, bunny, or bird. No spiders, snakes, scorpions, or any other exotic foolery. A washer and dryer in unit is preferred, or laundry in building. Please have AC, heat, hot/cold water, cable, and Wifi. Also, I will be bringing a car, so parking is a must. I understand NYC is tricky so if you live near a parking garage or building come with parking is a plus. A unit near public transportation is a must. I must and will figure the subway and bus system out. Living near amenities like a gas station (if any), grocery, restaurants, and entertainment are ideal. The budget for room is no more than $1000, cheaper the better. If you contact me please be ready to have pics. Oh, if you know of reputable and affordable storage facilities nearby please share. I haven't figured out if I will be leaving my Furniture or bringing it. Thanks!
