Looking For A Serious Roommate!

Hi! I’m a pretty independent person and usually keep to myself a lot when I’m home, but I’m a very friendly and easy person to talk to. I’m and Office Administrator and work 40+ hour a week, Mon/Fri 9-5 so Im usually only home around the evenings and on my days off I try and keep myself busy. I’m big on communication, good with compromise and respectful of other people’s space and I’m looking for another girl or girls to move out with that has the same mindset. Other than that, a little bit about me is that I’m an alternative person, I love going to rock concerts (when they were a thing), I’m definitely a beach body and love being outdoors but I can also be a homebody and like to binge watch Netflix with a pizza and wine.

Im looking for either to rent out a room in a house or looking for a 2 bed, possibly 2 bath property or apartment, I work in Costa Mesa and am looking for something close to my work or between my work and LA. Must be okay with pets as I have a small ESA Kelpie who is a sweetheart, is very quiet and never leaves my side. Everything else is comprisable. (:
