Young Couple Looking for Quiet Home/Room

We are both hard working, clean, and responsible 20 year olds who are looking to move in together somewhere in the bay area. We have one small 4 year old female neutered dog who we would preferably want to live with us. We are very chill, and rarely will have guests over, let alone be loud or messy. We would like a spacious bedroom, with either a bathroom inside or a private bathroom close by. We would appreciate if our roommates are also clean, courteous, and friendly. A group effort should be made to maintain a clean home. No outdoor shoes inside would be preferred.
