I?m looking for a 1-3 month private room starting September 1st in West LA. Would consider the right place in K-Town, neighborhoods around LAX, and possibly even DTLA.
I am extremely clean, organized, courteous, to myself most of the time but social, appreciate an attractive and comfortable place to live, and seeking similar roommates.
I am not a smoker, I have no pets, and only occasionally socially drink - again, best if we are similar with this also.
I will have a car, I work from home but travel outside of LA 1-4 times a month. I?m often out of the house exploring though and enjoying LA. I tend to be a night-owl.
