Need 1 more female roommate interested in the UWS

I?m looking for 1 more female roommate to fill a 3br, 1 bath on the UWS. My other roommate and I have have a few top places in mind and hopefully submitting an application the week of 10/15! We?re aiming for a 10/27 move-in date, and looking to spend ~$1,200 on rent. No pets please (sorry, I?m allergic) and please only reach out if you don?t require a guarantor.

Moving to NY for a new Marketing role and have been working at the same finance company for the past 3 years. I like to work out, read, travel and experience different cultures. I?m originally from NJ and plan to travel home 1-2x per month and my boyfriend would likely visit 1-2x per month on the weekends.


Excited to experience living in NY and would love to live with someone who enjoys chatting over a glass of wine and is ok with an occasional dinner party. Would appreciate living with someone who is communicative and clean, especially in the bathroom.

I like to keep things pretty low key, especially during the weeknights. Looking for people who don?t bring the party home (pregaming or post going out).
