I have a lifelong steady income from social security and a 100% Veterans Military Pension (former Captain). Excellent references. I simply want to share with others, who are either working or going to school, who also want a relatively quiet living environment. I have successfully shared houses before and know how to get along with others. I am an accomplished cook, workout with weights in athletic club, am very well, very fit, athletic, strong, and alive!
