Looking for an awesome room/roommate

Hi there! I am new to the area and am looking for a cool roommate/ room to move in to. My max budget is $750. I'd prefer my own private room so I can have my privacy. Looking for someone clean, mature and responsible, who would also enjoy doing things with me every once in a while like watching Netflix. I will be attending Northridge as a Junior and so will be spending a majority of my time studying. I also have a part time job dressing up as Elsa from Frozen so you might see me in costume a lot!
