Looking for a roommate

I am an outgoing individual who would love to have a roommate to look for an apartment , condo, or house in South Florida. I am fun, kind, organized, and easy-going. I only ask for basic hygiene and organization from a roommate so we can feel relaxed and neat. I don't mind going out as I love to do that. I am from Florida and would love to make a friend out of my roommate but wouldn't mind us doing our own thing.

I have a small 12 pound chihuahua who is super sweet and she is very well behaved. She is house trained, knows sit, paw, up, and off (couches or beds). She would love nothing more than to just roll over and have her belly scratched all day.
