I am looking for a room to rent or an apartment to share. I am 61,
healthy, friendly and introspective. I am young of body and mind. I am a people person. I have been living in NYC for 27 years. I am quiet and very considerate, looking for the same, but not against roommates that like to have fun and express themselves.

I write and work on the computer. I do spend a lot of time at home, but try to get out every day for a few hours. I practice a little each day and I teach a few music lessons a week on the internet, but am generally very quiet.

Most importantly I am looking for a place that is safe,
and has a positive atmosphere.

If you have a room to rent or an apartment to share, please let me know, or please share this with somebody who does. I will entertain all offers in:

Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or Staten Island.
I am especially interested in The Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill and Astoria/Woodside/Long IslandCity areas. But I am open to other areas as well.
