I am clean and considerate looking for same. I'd like to find a safe, quiet environment in a nice neighborhood.

I would prefer female roommates but am open.
I would love to live in a building with an elevator, and laundry in the building as well, but not necessarily a deal breaker:)

I work for two Medical Schools (CUNY & Hackensack Meridian) helping to train Medical Students as a Standardized Patient, Continuing Education Teacher.
College educated. I also work as an actress and singer when that becomes available.
